PIPPS Rx is currently available only to users located in the following Caribbean countries: Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, The Bahamas, Haiti, and Suriname.
Access from outside these countries is restricted by server-side geographic controls. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions — including the use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools — are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
J.C. Epiphany Limited reserves the right to expand or restrict the list of supported countries at any time without prior notice.
PIPPS Rx is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other qualified clinicians. Use by non-healthcare professionals is at their own risk.
PIPPS Rx provides clinical decision support information only. It does not constitute medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician. J.C. Epiphany Limited accepts no liability for clinical decisions made based on information provided by PIPPS Rx.
While we strive to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database, PIPPS Rx makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided. Drug interaction data is continuously evolving — always verify with current prescribing information.
By using PIPPS Rx, you acknowledge and agree that anonymous usage data generated during your sessions — including drug combinations checked, alert types triggered, patient profile flags used, and device and session metadata — may be collected, analysed, and used by J.C. Epiphany Limited as described in our Privacy Policy.
J.C. Epiphany Limited reserves the right to produce, publish, license, and sell aggregated, de-identified research reports and clinical insight products derived from this data. Such products contain only statistical summaries and trend data — no personal data, individual user records, or patient information is included in any report or data product.
Your personal data, name, email address, and account information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes. Only anonymised, aggregate-level insights are used for research and commercial data products.

All aggregated insights, trend reports, and analytics products produced by J.C. Epiphany Limited from PIPPS Rx usage data are proprietary works belonging solely to J.C. Epiphany Limited.
J.C. Epiphany Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of PIPPS Rx or reliance on any information provided by the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email.
PIPPS Rx operates in compliance with applicable data protection laws across the Caribbean, including Jamaica's Data Protection Act 2020, Trinidad and Tobago's Data Protection Act, and equivalent legislation in other supported countries. Your rights under these laws — including access, correction, and deletion of personal data — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Although PIPPS Rx is geographically restricted to the Caribbean, some users within these countries may hold rights under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for example, dual citizens or data subjects with EU or California ties. These rights include access, correction, deletion, and portability of personal data. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
J.C. Epiphany Limited does not sell personal data under either framework. Aggregated, de-identified research reports produced from usage data do not constitute a sale of personal information under CCPA, and do not involve the transfer of personal data under GDPR.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
